Hi, I am Daniel Nueske.
I grew up in Northern California, and from an early age worked in the Construction Industry. My family owned a Construction Company, and I worked Weekends and Summers gaining experience. After I earned my College Degree, I went to work full time and later took over managing our family business. For the next 15 years, I remodeled and built homes. I also bought and sold investment properties, and developed a love for Real Estate. I later received my Real Estate License, relocated to Orange County and started my career as a Real Estate Agent. In representing my clients, I work diligently to ensure their time, values and interests are cared for. I will always respond to your questions and push the envelop on getting you what you expect out of a real estate transaction. Along the way, I hope we become friends.
I have been representing clients in Real Estate transactions for over 4 years. With my background in Construction, a lot of clients have felt comfortable with me representing them and offering opinions on ways to improve properties, add their personal touches and to be present during inspections. I can take a lot of the stress and time constraints off of clients, if any repairs or improvements need to be done to a property, by helping to verify qualifications of Contractors and their status. I have represented many clients that have primary homes out of State or out of the Country, and they feel at peace knowing I am here to represent their interests when they are not here, even after the deal is done.

On a personal note, I love living close to the Beach. I usually wake up early to take a walk or jog along the Beach. I sold my sailboat a couple years ago, and am in the market for a nice @40 ft. power boat... hopefully by next year. I'm married, with three great kids. We love to experience local restaurants, shops and spend time... yes, at the Beach. I try to hit the gym at least five days a week, and because I have two daughters, practice a little boxing now and then...watch out future boyfriends! If I can ever fit it into my schedule, I would love to start playing golf...Other than that... I spend most my time in Corona Del Mar and Newport Coast previewing homes and staying up on current market conditions.
